Ingredients:
- Anise Hyssop (Agastache foeniculum)
- Hyssop (Hyssopus officinalis)
- Common Hedgenettle (Betonica officinalis)
- Mint (Mentha)
- Marsh – mallow (Althaea officinalis)
Origin: Slovenia, EU
Storage: keep the product in a dry and dark place
Preparation: pour 200-300 ml of hot water over 1 to 2 teaspoons of herbal blend. Cover and let it steep for 5 to 8 minutes then strain it. Sweeten it as desired and enjoy a nice cup of tea. The herbal tea prepared this way can be enjoyed daily up to 5 cups.
